This includes refraction for an eye glass prescription as well as eye dilation for full ocular health evaluation.

Contact Lens Exam: $150.00

This includes a comprehensive eye examination plus contact lens fitting.

Foreign Body Removal/Urgent Care: Starting at $100.00

This includes the initial visit plus 1 follow-up appointment.  More complex cases may result in additional cost or a referral to a different provider as needed.
